The book starts with a prologue, telling the story of the secret manuscript and Llewellyn Drury. After a short introduction of the author the fantastic story of I-Am-The-Man begins. The book contains two related stories which are woven into a compelling journey. It tells of the adventures of I-Am-The-Man during his underground trip to the inner Earth, and it also tells of the encounters between Llewellyn Drury and I-Am-The-Man at Llewellyn's home.
